ReleaseReady aims to simplify the process of getting your song mixed and mastered, ready to submit to DSPs, in just 8 simple steps:
Record your song — at home, in a studio, or even at a friend’s house.
Choose your package from our Services tab and follow the link to our services form.
Prepare any starting notes you’d like us to follow for your project. (If you’d like a free consultation, it would take place here.)
Prepare your files for submission, ensuring they meet all the requirements. (Depending on your package, requirements may vary.)
Select your chosen package in our services form, submit your files through the form, and complete payment through our secure payment portal to finalize the upload process.
Once this process is completed, a member of the ReleaseReady team will contact you via email to confirm your project has begun. You will also receive your expected deadline window and confirmation of payment.
After we deliver your mix, master, or mix & master, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback or request changes. (All packages include a set number of revisions.)
Once you’re happy with the final version of your project, you now have a ReleaseReady Song — in just 8 simple steps.
For mix submissions, please ensure all audio stems are provided in a dry state (i.e., without any processing) and exported in .WAV format. All files should then be compressed into a single .zip folder for easy transfer.
For mastering submissions, your track should be submitted as either a single .WAV file or as two separate .WAV files—one containing the acapella and the other the instrumental. The required format depends on the service level selected (Standard or Premium).
Understanding your creative vision is essential to us. We offer a 15-minute phone consultation to discuss the direction of your track. Please prepare any concepts, references, or specific elements you’d like incorporated so we can deliver the exact results you’re aiming for in your mix and/or master.
To book a consultation, send us a DM on Instagram @releasereadymusic or email us at info@releasereadymusic.com.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept multiple payment methods, including Google Pay, Apple Pay, Interac, Visa, and Mastercard.
The completion timeline for each service depends on your selected package and the complexity of your mix. Please refer to your chosen service package for specific turnaround times. Rest assured, all projects are delivered within the stated time frames.
We also provide regular progress updates and an estimated delivery date to keep you informed every step of the way.

The clarity and quality of your original performance greatly impact the final mix and master. While
we can enhance and balance your tracks, we can’t fully correct unclear articulation or
performance issues. To get the best results, please ensure your recordings are clean,
well-articulated, and free of unwanted noise
Yes, as long as they’re recorded cleanly. We can also provide tips for improving home recordings
